Shipping policy

We currently charge a flat rate $14.95 for parcels shipped in Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia weighing up to 2kg, requests for express postage additional costs will apply.

Please contact us for the freight costs for purchases which are either bulky or weighing over the 2kg limit.

If orders are made weighing more than 2kg in Victoria or New South Wales we will contact you regarding your order to give you the correct freight cost.

If you are buying items to be shipped to another state, please contact us, if possible we will make arrangements to have them shipped to you at the appropriate freight cost.

Delivery of goods will be Monday-Friday excluding public holidays and our annual leave.

Once you have placed your order we will respond via email or phone confirming your order.

We will contact you if any items ordered are out of stock and the estimated time that they will be available.

Items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days of the placed order. Items may take up to 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the location delivered too.

Shipping will be through the Australia Post or an alternative delivery service.


We do not give refunds or store credits for change of mind or wrong selection of goods. Please carefully check your shopping cart, and that the items selected are what you want to purchase before proceeding forward with your order.

Faulty or damaged goods

If any of your items are faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as you receive them. We will refund your money once we have received your faulty item and refund the freight cost incurred to send it back to us. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the faulty or damaged product sent back.

Return Policy

No items will be refunded for returns of unused or badly selected products. This includes the returning of items you may have used but didn’t use the full amount of product brought.
